Our Mission

American Legion Post 350, located in Metairie, has been serving the community  for over 70 years. As members of our post, veterans continue to honor their promise to defend and protect the United States through military service.

We value all current and former military members, and we encourage others serve and strengthen America. We honor those who came before us, as we defend and uphold the United States Constitution and respect our nation’s flag.

A Few Ways Post 350 Has Served Our Community

• Sponsorship of local youth athletics
• Fundraising for scholarships
• Assistance with members’ funeral expenses
• school awards
• Civil Air Patrol training for cadets in ROTC
• Legacy Ride to raise funds for college
